I have had numerous customers write and ask for size of a drawing(s) listed in the past few weeks. Of course I give a FULL description and when I look at my auction ( on my Mac) I can see the complete listing as I had posted it!
At first I would respond to question stating the size and add that it is as described in my listing. And leave my response on the ebay page for others to see.
Now I am being asked by my best repeat customers the same question. With further investigating, I am being told that there is NO SIZE and NO DESCRIPTION on my auction...just the picture.
Please respond to this terrible error. I now understand why some piece are not receiving bids!
I do not know what the problem could be , since I can reach any auction( I place thru Vendio/ebay) and get the full page as I created it.
Try this number 7398549430 ( I just had 2 questions as to size)...it may have already sold....so go to my eBay ID: moostrap73 and check my other listings please.
An explanation is needed.
Thank you,

Thank you.
I will try and see if this works.
I had placed these particular auctions using IE.
,And have no problems when I view them using IE.
But I am more than willing to correct this.
By the way, my daughter uses Firefox and said the auction was perfectly clear to her.
I have some Firefox problems as well as Safari problems using Vendio....so I go back to IE most of the time.
When I view the live auctions or the preview pages with this code the way it is, it doesn't display properly in Internet Explorer but it works great in FireFox (for the PC anyway.)
I know the Safari browser has issues with a number of javascript type commands on the site, but generally speaking FireFox has been working well. (at least for the PC and we havent heard much about it on the Mac OS thus far, outside of perhaps the custom template pages)

Your right .
It is with the custom templates, which I use all the time.
With Safari...also some template problems. Like I can't design new ones or make changes to font etc.
While Safari loads very fast, ( I have a Mac G5..amazing!) and 'saves' some stuff that of course IE doesn't.....I can only get creative on IE.
Perhaps some other Mac user could advise what to do. Hey, Vendio SHOULD have an expert on Macs also!
Thanks for answering
