A WBN for one of my sales, the sale occurred on 3/9, was just sent out today.
That's 6 days later.
In the meantime my customer has paid for the item and I have shipped it already.
Now I'll probably get an email from them asking why they are getting this when they have already paid.
6 days is an unacceptable amount of time for a WBN to be sent out.
this kind of ties into the fact that Vendio appears to be getting slower in a number of ways.
but this creates a customer service issue for me. It makes me look like I don't know what I'm doing.
What is Vendio going to do to assure that WBNs go out on a timely basis?
Or should I begin looking elsewhere?

Hello,

Obviously this isn't the norm, but it certainly can happen. What was the item number effected?

We'll take a look to see if we can tell why it may have been held up longer than your other listings.

Hello,

It looks like something/someone simply triggered an additional WBN for this item. It isn't that the item just appeared in post sale, the buyer has actually gone through the Vendio checkout process for this item and the item was marked as paid that same day the item closed.

Unfortunately I cannot track at this point what triggered the WBN to be sent again for this item.

Christopher

Christopher,
Here is another example.
item #8774590556
It was purchased on 3/15, paid for, shipped then and now on 3/20 the WBN is being sent out.
This is totally unacceptable.

Hello,

Have you unchecked step 1 for that item, by any chance? Note that if you have automatic notifications set up and you uncheck a step in the post-sale process, the automatic notification may go out.

Thanks,

Diana

No I didn't uncheck it.
The customer paid for it immediately.
I think there lies the problem.
Your code gets screwed up by the customer paying immediately and then days later realizes it didn't send out the WBN and sends it.

Hello,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we have passed these details along to the engineering team to check into further for you.

Since your using the eBay checkout redirect system, anytime a buyer goes through the checkout process the WBN should no longer be sent (unless the buyer checks out more than 30 minutes after the item has closed.)

Christopher

This continues to happen and it is very frustrating.
The latest example is #7520185076.
The customer purchased it and paid immediately.
I've already shipped the item to him and what happens he just got a WBN a day later.
Please fix the problem.

Here is another example of this problem.
Item #4555167048
Was purchased on 4/4 paid for immediately, item is shipped on 4/5 and the WBN is sent on 4/7.
