Hi, Christopher, here I am again, still the same problem. When I set my image file default in my account setting to VAL'S IMAGES it properly defaults to that file on my 'Create a Listing' page and 'Manage Images' page. However, it is STILL coming up 'unfiled' on my Upload Images page. If I change the image file default in my account setting to one of my other files, it will properly change it in Create a Listing and Manage Images pages, but it STILL comes up 'unfiled' on my upload page. I have accessed my upload page from other computers and have accessed it with both Internet Explorer (my own browser) and Firefox. It is always 'unfiled', and I have to change it manually to 'Val's Images' every time I upload. I NEVER upload images with my 'Create an auction' page open, either; I always move to the upload page from the Vendio home page.

What I see on the upload page is that the window opposite the words 'Upload to folder' is blank, but all the windows underneath, opposite each 'Browse' button, say 'Unfiled.' If you give me an e-mail address, I can send a document attachment with a copy of part of the page for you to look at -- I've copied it into Word.

This is making me nuts, since I often forget to change the upload tab to Val's Images and then I have to drag images manually out of 'Unfiled' after I suddenly realize they are not in my 'Val's Images' folder.

This has NOTHING to do with the actual upload function -- that is working just fine, so having you upload sample images to my image file is not proving anything. I just want my upload file default to work properly as it was all along until it suddenly started doing this 'unfiled' thing at the beginning of February.

Can you sign into Vendio as if you were me (with my password) and then go to my image upload page as I do? If you can do that, I'm sure you'll see the 'unfiled.'

Thanks, Christopher ... Val

Hi there,

I have just logged into your account to double-check your settings, and on your upload image page I see the default folder correctly set to 'Val's Images'... I'm not sure why it would still be defaulting to Unfiled on your side.

I know this has probably already been asked, but have you tried clearing your browser cache?

Thanks,

Diana

If 'clearing my cache' is Tools > Internet Options (general) > Delete temporary files (including offline content) ... then I do that at least twice a day, as well as clearing out the History. Deleting my cookies doesn't help, either.

And it's not just with my computer, anyway, because I get the same results on other computers and even other browsers when I access my upload page as a member! It always comes up 'Unfiled'. That's why I asked if you could 'come in from the outside', so to speak, to go to the Vendio home page and use my password to access my account and THEN look at my upload page. Did you do that? ... Val

Hi Val,

I tried to duplicate this issue by logging into your account from the Vendio home page, but the folder defaulted to "Val's Images" on the upload screen for me. I'm not sure why we are getting different results. Does this happen every time you go to the upload screen?

Thanks,
Nathan
