Just started selling on zhops and marketplace. Sold a few items on zshops but first sale on marketplace. My question re. this marketplace sale: received the 'you have a buyer' email, and the 'the sale of your item has ended'; both yesterday at 5pm. Item also shows up as sold in my seller account. However, have not received a 'please ship now payment is on the way' email that is usual for zshop sales. Also, am not finding seller shipping information anywhere. What does this mean?

Hi abooks - sometimes it takes a day for the "Sold - Ship Now!" e-mail to arrive. Wait for it, it means they have depositied the funds in your account. It will have your buyers shipping address and e-mail address on it.
