OK,
I admit I like Half.com they made my life easier to move the crappy movies I unfortunately could not sell for $1.00 at Amazon auctions. Now I am awestruck by the success. I sold like 200 worthless videos there and over $1000. But who cares about that now that Marketplace will sell the item at a higher price on Amazon. I am really Happy about the success but I am not a fan of Marketplaces overchargeing of Book Rate prices $3.75 vs actual payment to seller of $2.03. Ok they are really ripping off the customer and some sellers dont care at all, they have gone full bore changing there whole outlook to listing with no hassle. Me I like collecting and selling Rare videos that not even Amazon has ever heard of!
Ok I had my say now how about yours!

Half overcharges the buyer on shipping too. And they keep part of it instead of giving it all to the seller. I think Amazon got their payment ideas from Half, same 15% commission plus shipping "allowance".

Instead of considering it making a profit on shipping I think one should just consider it their fixed cost portion of the transaction. So the Amazon charge is really 15% plus $1.72 ($3.75 -$2.03) for those paying the $39.95 Zshop monthly fee or 15% plus $2.71 for those who don't ($3.75 - $2.03 + $.99)
