It supported my innosence in a matter with
an eBay user. I thought they were supposed
to be _UN-biased_?!?

I guess we know what bed they sleep in...

I will be contacting any and all advertisers
on WWW.AUCTIONWATCH.COM and filling them in
on this matter!

Timmus, have you seen this bed? Do they all fit in it at once, or do they have to sleep in shifts? Most importantly, what's the crumb situation?

Perhaps you named a person? The rule is: NO personal reference...You can invite the person to join this conversation by emailing them a link to this page, but you cannot mention them or the actual event behind their back, so to speak.

Hello timus13

Your thread was deleted earlier by Joice because you violated the Community Guidelines by posting identifying information including full names, IDS and email addresses. You were also notified via email the thread was deleted (email to the address you have registered with AW).

There are very stringent guidelines that must be adhered to if you wish to post identifying information. Please read the CGs, linked below, for more information.

If you wish to discuss this matter further, please post your questions in the Moderator's Corner.

TIMUS13: Am I missing something here? You're upset because they won't support your thread which gives one side of the story without the opportunity for the other side to be heard? Well, if they did allow that, wouldn't THAT be biased?

This isn't a continuation of your thread from December, is it?

Now since AuctionWatch's track record of
siding with the other person I'll just put
links to their threads (that were active at the time of this posting) and you'll have to
do the reasearch from there if you are
that interested...

The thread that started it all:

http://www.auctionwatch.com/mesg/read.html?num=2&thread=110301&id=110301

My thread:

http://www.auctionwatch.com/mesg/read.html?num=2&id=111388&thread=110842

My deleted Update thread:

http://www.auctionwatch.com/mesg/read.html?num=2&thread=244955&id=244955

Also note the possible hostilties towards me
could be the result of AW being included
in the liable and slander lawsuit against
the 'other person' and eBay.

When you complain to the advertisers that use AuctionWatch I really hope you're able to convince the company that uses the "Punch the Monkey" banner to take their business elsewhere. I wish you good luck on that.

timus13,

I have deleted one of your posts because it gives personal information which is not allowed under the Community Guidelines. I'm aware this has been discussed before, but too much time has passed since the original discussion, and you will need to notify the other party about this thread if you wish to name him.

Another of your posts was deleted by mistake, and it will be restored ASAP.

pattaylor: Good to see you back censoring
my posts again. Boy I missed that. Now what
'personal information' did I post that isn't
in the other threads?

I'll answer that for you... NONE!

I've emailed some of your sponsors. you had
better delete this thread as well and cover your tails... umm tails isn't too vulgar
for you is it? Not like being called a
'conman' and having it being allowed
by a 'moderator' is it?

As for informing him you can do that. Anyone
who is interested can check out the other
threads, providing you haven't deleted those
too, and find the nessasary information. All
your doing is slowing down the people who
really want to know about this other person.

BTW are they a seller on AuctionWatch?

timus,

No one is a seller on AuctionWatch. This is not an auction site.

The personal identifying information you posted was the person's eBay ID. That is a violation of the Community Guidelines.

If you have other questions about moderation, please open a thread in the Moderator's Corner. Arguing a moderation call in the thread is also a violation of the CG.

Is this place an angry person magnet or what? If you been done wrong you can duke it out at AW. Bring me you paranoics, your refuse, your angry masses yearning to spew freely.
