A check that a high bidder paid with has bounced. I contacted him as soon as I found out and he has written me back saying to just run the check back through and he will PayPal me the $5.00 bank charge. My question is...will the bank let me run it back through? It is stamped on the check
"Returned Not Paid Because NSF. Presented twice."

Most banks will only allow you to present a check for payment twice. Some banks do that automatically.
Since it is stamped presented twice, some banks will allow you to but it through for collections. That is a specail service and usually cost, used to be about $20.00.
I suggest you tell him to PayPal the whole total due you and you will return the worthless paper to him.

Thanks, I'm going to try that. This is just the 4th bad check I've had in 1 1/2 years on Ebay. But oddly enough, 3 of the 4 were checks written on businesses. Those are the ones that I thought would clear for sure.
