I have been taking money on billpoint from my sales on ebay ...but i need to refund someone ...i can not found the button to send him money...am i missing somthing???

Ooops, sorry..my initial response was for the PayPal page. There doesn't appear to be a way to "return" money on BillPoint.
You might write to BP customer care (the address is in your account info) & see if they can give any advice.

To change topics slightly...
It looks to me like a buyer cannot send money through billpoint until he gets an invoice initiated by the seller.
Is this correct? If so, it seems less convenient for the seller than paypal, where the seller can simply send the buyer an email saying "send me $ via paypal"
