i just wanted to let everyone know that here in arkansas, we're in trouble weather-wise, so please be patient with sellers who cant make it to the post office or buyers who wish to purchase by money order. i cant make it out of my driveway, so the PO is out of the question, at least for now.
we have almost 2 inches of ice on the ground, many power lines are down and nothing is moving, including my workaholic hubby, which says a lot. theyre saying the freezing rain will continue through wednesday night, and then snow is coming on thursday.

You have my sympathy! It's snowing in Texas right now and over our poor dog's tummy. She can't even squat outside!
I nearly always buy items I can pay for with paypal, but found some items that were such a good bargain, I bought them even though I will have to send checks. And now I can't get out to mail them! I sure hope people don't get too upset when they don't get mailed for a couple of days!
Furthermore, we were supposed to go to close the deal on our new house today. That's through 412 miles of ice and snow. Such a disappointment!
I am just grateful that my kids are not out on the highway travelling, that hubby is here with me, and that we have lots of leftovers to eat!
