If you use eBay's privacy feature for a nondutch auction, is it possible for the main seller to see who is winning throughout the auction (Like to cancel the bid of a person with neg fb) or does he not see that till the auction ends? I am running a priv auction now and need to know this ASAP. Thanks

I'm watching for an answer also. I'd like to know, but I'm not sure how to find out without actually having a private Dutch auction running.

Well dutch auctions can not be privatized at this time (see my other thread titled something like "ebay should add privacy option for dutch auctions". I dont want to go thru and list a copy of MS OFfice 2000 that I have unless I can enusre that I can use privacy and be able to tell who is bidding so I can manipulate the outcome by ending a low or neg fb bid if I want to.
