I have a buyer that wanted to use the BIN but somehow put in the amount instead of using the BIN button. My question is, If I cancel his bid will he be able to rebid on this. I'm not sure how this works as I've never done it before. Thanks.

can he retract his own bid, and then be able to use the BIN? I'm not sure how that works. I'd let him figure it out, unless you're worried the final price won't pass the BIN price. Or you *could* end your auction early, but then you wouldn't be getting your BIN price. I guess I'm no help! )

Yes, you can cancel his bid and that will restore the Buy-It-Now option.

If he retracts the bid, it will show on his record; the seller cancelling the bid does not.
