The postal site has their ratefold notice 123 in pdf.? form and I have to down load the adobe reader and the last time I tried ot get this and get all these facts, I had one heck of a time.
Does anybody have a copy of the priority page by weight and zone, which then gives you the price.
So fast and easy to use, and I sure could use the page.
Anybody have one they can add to this message.
Thanks in advance
Joan

On the USPS site there is a page with the Rate Fold dated January 7, 2001, it is not a PDF file. Priority rates are listed on page 6.

For parcels up to 5 lbs you don't need to know the zone. The cost is the same regardless of the zone. Rates for parcels weighing more than 5 pounds are determined by zone.

There is a link on the USPS site for Zone Charts. It will ask you for *your* zip code and produce a chart that will list zones from your zip code. (Zones can't all be the same if the zones are determined by distance).

If you have a parcel that weighs more than 5 lbs that you want to send Priority, you will need to know the recipients zip code to
determine the zone from your chart. Once you know the zone you will be able to determine the postage rate from the Priority rate
sheet.

If a chart exists with the rates to and from every zone and zip code, I have never seen it.

BTW You wouldn't happen to be Just Joan from Romancing the Stone?

Hi I found this page a couple weeks ago.

http://postcalc.usps.gov/. It works great. Just enter your zipcode, zipcode of where the package is being shipped and the weight and you get a whole menu of shipping options.

Thanks to both of you for the help. I'm a bit slow at times, always had that paper infront of me for shipping costs and it worked.
But used the one you both mentioned and it works like a charm...Ofcourse that's with good scales...

Nope I'm not that justjoan wyler! wouldn't that be fun.
I'm the Justjoan that when I called the office and asked for somebody, you would hear who is it, and then I heard It's Just Joan..!!!!!!
