I received an email in German from Ebay. I can't read German so I forward over to US Ebay. Maybe being a "Power Seller" will come in handy (as far as customer service is concerned).
Has anyone ever received an Email from Ebay Germany?

Ebay was able to translate it for me. The German bidder who did not pay me, turned me in for not "completing the sale."
My auction ended 1/9. He did not respond and my emails to him were bounced back. When I filed a NPB he responded and asked me for an invoice. I sent it and he did not pay. I was able to collect the fees back.
I give people ten days to pay or if they ask I will extend the payment time.
