... To read carefully while not distracted.

I could've sworn the fees went into effect at midnight tonight. For some reason, I saw January 31 and just made a mental note that "fees go up at the end of the month" i.e., tonight as the calendar switches over to February.

So..... I've spent the past week gearing up to unleash the last of my 10-auctions, starting Wednesday night and ending ten days later on Saturday.

Imagine my surprise to see that I completely missed my opportunity.

Oh well.... It's 7-day auctions for me from now on. I sell low-end stuff, and the extra 15 cents is just too much.

Yeah, same here, was going to launch a ten day tonight. Thought this was the last free day. Most of the Computer bidders don't bid until the last day anyway, I just need to think about whether or not I can catch somebodies Watch list with the extra Saturday.

Didn't anyone notice how slow AW and eBay were last night?

I was also thinking "end of January" for new fees, but when pages kept hanging up and refusing to load, I rechecked the Announcement Board.

Everyone was loading 10-day auctions last night.

I also assume it was scheduled to go into effect Wednesday so that the rush of last "cheap" 10-day auctions would end before the weekend, freeing server capacity for Saturday and Sunday night.

Dear Moderators-

I don't know about SilkMoth, but I only discuss issues of tremendous import and overriding significance. Flirtation? Why, I would never even THINK of doing THAT... I was addressing uhhh the tremendous impact women have had on uhhh online auction sites.
