I'm pulling my hair out trying to find an actual voice number for Stamps.com. They don't seem to want me to have it, but I am sure I called it before. Have they discontinued any form of voice tech support? Geez.

The service stinks to high heaven. 30 days and still no answeres to software gliches and conflicts.
I am still driving to the Post Office
if you can believe it....
with 100.00 in postage purchased with them.
It bites.

I have to disagree on the service. I've never had anything but outstanding service from them. I've had to contact them on a couple of occasions with issues ranging from recalibrating my postage scale to a problem with my printer not printing postage yet the amount being deducted from my account to simple questions about pricing and plans. The service reps were always helpful and courteous. They are outstanding.
