I see some posts on the various co-op topics about more than one co-op being contemplated.
Unless you are thinking about doing "niche" market co-ops that do not compete with each other then you have already encountered the first (and quite often) biggest problem with co-operatives.
If there are sharp differences of opinion about auction co-ops at this early stage in the process that you cannot resolve together then what do you think is going to happen as your efforts progress further (if they progress at all) and you have to start making decisions that will inevitably result in divided opinions?
Good luck to you all. You will certainly need it since you have already hung the albatross of divisiveness about your necks.
