When we schedule an auction, we are automatically routed to a page that tells us the auction has been scheduled, and has a "click" to return to the Control Panel.
Why aren't we taken directly back to the Control Panel, where we could see that the auction has been scheduled, and save a little time?

gc2 - No question is a dumb question, okay? Ask anything you want. IMO, to answer your question, it is because sometimes I don't want to go back to the control panel. I may want to go elsewhere on AW. Hope this helps.

But, Nana, from the Control Panel you could still go anywhere you wanted. It would still be the same number of steps...whether you go from from having scheduled your auction to either the Control Panel or the "auction has been scheduled" page.

Yes, I do see what you are saying. I don't see that this is needed compared to some other problems in the past and probably in the future. I am on a cable system so it is very fast for me and is not a problem; perhaps it is for others.
