How is it possible for some buyers to get positive feedback when they don't pay or don't pay on time??????

Because some sellers don't care about alerting others that the buyer is a deadbeat. These people only care about their own feedback so they post inappropriate positives so that the buyer will reciprocate. Obviously, this simply serves to perpetuate the cycle of deadbeats!

Oops, crazy fingers!

...or these people are so effective at using feedback extortion (they seem to know which sellers to pick), that deserved negatives are never filed, because the sellers fear retaliation. As long as there are large numbers of users to whom a perfect feedback record means more than appropriate use of feedback to inform the Ebay community, the problem will continue to exist.

Actually, this is a hard question to answer. Are we talking about one sale that you have not received payment for? Perhaps your buyer always pays in a timely manner, but this payment went missing via the USPS?

I don't have any negs on my account...does that atomatically mean that my buyers are not leaving correct feedback, and that I surely must have messed up somewhere along the line?
