Hi, I read about this in an unrelated post and thought I would give it a try.

Well, it was almost too easy. I had my Auctiva showcase up and running in about 3 minutes. It could be a coincidence, but bids have increased!

It works great, I'm just waiting now for Ebay to cancel all my auctions for having it.

Hello Everyone,

Auctiva Gallery is now a competitor to AW's newly launced Storefronts!

The tab to the Storefronts is to the left of the message center tab, above. Check it out!

Well, I got hooked up with Storefront yesterday and STILL today none of my auctions are showing and the picture that I put where it said "logo" is gone too....Maybe they are still finetuning it??

Oops! I lied. The picture is back, just no auctions.

Whether the AW Storefront or the Auctiva Showcase, they do increase bids and stimulate repeat business. Better than anything ebay ever thought up. Thank you Auction Watch.

The Auctiva Picture Gallery is not against eBay's policies IF you follow this part of their FAQ:

http://www.auctiva.com/help/sh_FAQ.asp#2click

Hopefully, AW will ensure that its Storefronts can be in compliance with the 2-click policy as well.

So, do I perceive that correctly to indicate that if I ONLY have eBay auctions in the showcase that no rules have been broken?

Am wondering, though, how long it is going to take to get my auctions to show up on the storefront from AW...It's been over 24 hours. Perhaps if they show up I will use only AW........???

sharkbaby,

The new Storefronts are awesome and were only introduced about 3-4 days ago and are not without gliches.

Please take a look at the threads for Storefronts in the AuctionWatch.com Services area for updates.

Enjoy!

OK, since "Auctiva Gallery is now a competitor to AW's newly launced Storefronts," does that mean we can no longer use it, or that it will suddenly disappear off our auctions?

joycel,

You can still use it, you can still talk about it but you can't promote it on these boards. That's the only difference.

Joice...

Sigh now if only AuctionManager & StoreFronts weren't down for the night.... Sigh.. I know maintenance is essential.. But could we PLEASE.. Have POSTED Scheduled Maintenance windows??? LIke Ebay does...

I do most of my work from 8pm to 7am on whatever days I feel like the "urge".. lol..
If I knew beforehand what days AW was going to be "down" I'd make plans..

Just a thought..

Thank you,

Jon

All that & a Bag of Chips Too!!
