If you know someone is a deadbeat, they are not paying and are still bidding...is there a LEGAL way to contact the other sellers to let them know before the auction is over or do they have to find out the hard way?

First and foremost, posting negative feedback comes to mind. You can also email the sellers. If you check the "Investigations" page of "Rules and Safety", it specifies that auction interference applies only to emailing bidders in an open or closed auction.
let me make sure I understand this COMPLETELY ~ I don't want to be suspended from eBay for anything illegal.
I can email sellers and warn them of someone that is bidding on their merchandise? And it's okay? I'm sure the sellers would be thankful...but I want to MAKE sure.

sorry... I don't use this e-mail address much and it is my public e-mail account. I gave it to you wrong before.

I consider it auction interference when as a seller someone contacts me while my auction is still active to report that my high bidder may be a deadbeat bidder. I believe eBay sees it that way too.

ph ~ wouldn't you rather know that a bidder is a deadbeat before the auction ends and you end up having to wait for your fee's than after?
And I read eBay's description and it states
Auction interference - Emailing bidders in an open or ended auction to
warn them away from a seller or item.
I'm sorry but I'd rather know before the auction ends than after.
