yeah, you can sell it, as long as you abide by the other rules regarding Mature Category listings. Make sure you note that all people participating in the film are doing it consensually. You are not allowed to sell "hidden camera videos" or similar stuff.

Be sure you spell Amateur correctly in the listing. You spelled it wrong in your post and a lot of people search under amateur.

NYCrocker: i work in production in the professional adult video biz and sometimes I actually get to say those very words!

Make sure you have consent forms from the other people involved. They need to know that you are intending to make it public.

Other than that as long as it is yours and nothing illegal is happening on the video you can list it in the proper category.

LOL Brigid! No, I wanna direct it! Me me me!

Interesting job, Brigid! I am a musician/actor (musician on purpose, actor totally by accident and chance), and when I hear the "5 minutes to places" call, I am happy I don't have to take off any clothes. I still get really nervous though.
But I wouldn't mind being on the OTHER side of the camera. But I bet ya get tired of seeing people's um... body parts.

yeah, it's one of those jobs that's always a conversation starter. i don't do too much of it these days because i've had other jobs going on. i don't really miss it though...it can be stressful because a lot of the "personalities" you see on-camera are problematic to deal with on a day to day basis (to put it nicely) On a good set, it can be a lot of fun. the skin does get boring. there are only so many combinations and after you've shot your first few scenes it's like watching paint dry.

You know you should be grateful you're a musician and not in my biz...cause music, that's a talent that gets better with age....id still love to see any of my fave musicians no matter how old they get...but umm, adult-biz "actors" have a short shelf life :0

Hey Kim

"Watching paint dry" LOL!!! Yes I kinda thought so. I mean when I was 21 I couldn't get enough skin... now it's like... yawn.
But yeah I can imagine that is SOME conversation starter. LOL! And oh yeah... I know aaaaaall about the "problematic personalities". LMAO!! Musicians + Actors = EGOS!!!!! Don't get me started!!!

Yes I am very grateful to be a musician - and thank you for that very positive and interesting comment you made: music is a talent that gets better with age. Ya know, I used to be so afraid of turning 30 (um THAT was a LONG time ago - LOL!) cos we live in such a brainwashed, age-ist sexist society. And the rock music field was for "YOUNG BOYS". (Of which I am neither, by the way.) But now I can say I really agree with you Kim, it does get better with age, I'm happy to say. At the moment however, I AM between gigs, not on tour, and so I am sitting home on my butt... but then I can do these auctions and meet fun people here online... ya know, like people who sell widgets in between directing skin flicks LOL!

Oops am I still on topic here? I hope I don't get "modified" by a moderator. I already got in trouble at least once today.

So what are your other jobs? Are you a full time seller on ebay? I am part time selling here. Here's my real job: www.jantilley.com
I need to update this site come to think of it!

hey! i like your site. it's always neat to see people doing something they love. i do production assisting on skinflicks sporadically, but as to what I really do...well people around me have been trying to figure that out for years! jack of all trades, master of none, you could say I used to have a flea market collectibles business but that was essentially gone when I discovered ebay and revived it. have been a bartender, a movie extra, a shopgirl, a marketing department wonk, screenwriter and a costume designer among other things in between getting my BA in art history and . currently temping for pathetic amounts of money, but i'm getting by.

Yes WRITTEN consent.
It is the make up person that has the rough job on those sets. Gotta watch for little pieces of Kleenex on the retakes.

Edited to note: Be careful about having sex on camera standing up. In parts of the Bible belt they may arrest you on community standards laws if it looks like they are dancing.

"Hidden camera videos and amateur videos containing adult/sexual activity" are not allowed. Just make sure that the XXX that you have is not amateur videos and you'll be fine. Otherwise, you may want to check out:
