We seem to be having a real serious problem with auction submit. We've been
using auction submit now for well over a year, and we have 7 people right
now that cannot use auction submit to list more items because auction submit
decided a couple of days ago, that it only wanted to randomly submit
listings when it wanted to, not when we wanted to launch our daily 100
auctions. As of this point, what's happening is we're launching every
couple of hours and it's only accepting maybe 2 of the 50 auctions, or 5 of
the 50 auctions, and the rest it won't take. It's giving us a very unusual
error that we've never seen before. Some type of source code error, and we
know we have the right categories. We actually tried to download auction
submit and import the old database. Is it possible that the database is
corrupted. We tried using a modem and telephone line instead of our DSL but
still no luck. We're wondering if anybody's had any problems. Auction
submit is not of any help. They've mentioned maybe a conflict with the
internet explorer browser, but we're using the latest version. I don't see
how that could be a problem. We've tried rebooting the machine. We tried
clearing the cache, we've tried closing down the program several times. If
we have somebody that'll sit in front of it and submit one auction, maybe 20
times, on the 20th time it would finally accept that one auction. That
works (very slowly), but it leaves us with another 49 to go. We don't
really have a lot of time. We have people that are waiting to list. We
appreciate any help you might be able to shed in this area. Thank you!

Thank you in advance for your time.

You need to update your copy auction submit because of changes at eBay. First run the Update Modules, it will then take a while to upgrade the program, after that run the Update eBay categories and you should be okay. I needed to do this the other day and tonight loaded quite a few auctions automatically without any problem.
