I had about a dozen auctions end last night and I didn't get EOA's for any of them. I have EOA's for some other auctions that just ended with BIN though. Is it just me? Or do any of you guys have missing EOA's too? Is there anything I can do to get them, already? I'd like to invoice my customers and move on ASAP!

You don't have to get an EOA from ebay to notify your buyers they won.

You simply email the high bidders and tell them how much they owe.

cix, I understand that, but I use the EOA notices in my bookkeeping.

Also, I've been a victim of "the glitch" about half a dozen times now. I'm not sure if you are familiar with "the glitch" or not, but as far as I can tell it happens on auctions that were sniped at the end (all of mine usually are.) When "the glitch" happens to you, your "My Ebay" page doesn't update to reflect the true ending prices of the auctions. The last time "the glitch" happened to me, I invoiced a customer for $30.00 and the actual ending price of the auction was well over $200!! AND I never would have realized it had it not been for the runner up bidder telling me that if the winner deadbeated would I still consider accepting her bid of $Two hundred and whatever. I was about to email her and tell her to quit smoking crack, but then I double checked the EOA from Ebay (that had come VERY late by the way) and realized that I had invoiced the customer for the wrong amount. At that time I didn't know about "the glitch" and I thought that I had somehow sent the invoice to the customer before the actual end of the auction. Unfortunately for me, the customer had already paid by bidpay, and had to send another bidpay money order to cover the difference. I covered her bidpay fees for her, so not only was I embarrassed about the whole thing, it cost me money and frustration too.

The time before that, my auction apparently closed without a winner, and I didn't even think twice of it. A week later I got an email from someone asking me, "aren't you going to send me your info so I can pay you for this item?" I thought, "huh"? "The glitch" again.

This has happened to other people too, there was a thread about it here awhile back. Until that thread, I thought I'd gone crazy.

eBay seems to be a little slow tonight in sending out the EOA's. I've been waiting for mine for about 6 hours now. Think I'm going to go to bed and hopefully eBay will have caught up by the time I wake up...

"glitch" or no "glitch".

Bookmark your recent auctions and you can view the bid history of all your items.

I have never heard of anyone have any problems with that ever.

A simple seller search of your user id can give you all the info you need and it is correct. The "My ebay" page has to many problems associated with it all the time to try to use that as an accurate source.

I got about 23 EOA's yesterday on my other eBay account for auctions that had ended throughout the weekend (most on Friday night).

I wondered what was up!

Finally got my EOA from eBay, 17 hours after the close of the auction. Seems they finally are getting caught up...

I FINALLY got mine too. Wonder what was up with the delay? Oh well, I don't care too much since I'm getting them OK now.

I gave up on eBay's EOA even before BIN. I ship items before they get it to me
