I really created myself a dogbed this time.I made the mistake of buying a ton of Shirley Temple Baby Burlesks videos, along with Charlie Chaplin and Laurel & Hardy from a company called Vidtape Inc. Well after shipping some out and getting complaints about the quality I had to e-mail everyone who had bid on my auctions and explain the problem and let them know their payments would be returned. Its not everyday I screw up this bad.I hate to say it,but there are alot of auctions running for the same thing from this company. But I learned my lesson anyway.

I won't having any problem in returning this stuff I just felt bad about running it.You buy something new and you think its good quality and sometimes its not.The good thing about the internet is as least people will let you know if your products not what it should be.

It was nice of you to email your buyers & offer a refund. It's a lot of work for you & it shouldn't have happened. I really do feel for you.

Didn't you watch the tapes first? That could have saved you the hassle of selling and refunding.
Vidtape works from whatever copies of public domain films they can find ... they do not have access to the studio masters and they aren't concerned with cleaning up the images. They used the cheapest production methods they can, which means quality sucks.

The company I bought mine off of is sending back everything he bought from this company. So any E-Bayers buying from my supplier, their supply is about to end. What gets me is there are sellers selling this stuff that know it isn't worth a damn. They are getting negatives like crazy and still listing auctions for it.
