I'm sure some of you already know this, but I try to launch all of my auctions at the same time and a lot of the time auctions won't show up on my seller's list because of this. I was emailing Time Sensitive all the time and having them re-set my list.
I just found out though that if you just go to the item that doesn't show up and revise it, then it will update on your seller's list. You don't have to change anything just click revise, verify and update.
Also, to doublecheck that everything is on my list, I do a search descriptions for something unique to my auctions (my email address) and make sure that those results match my seller's list.
Like I said, I'm sure most of you already do this, know this or don't care - but I thought it might help some of you too.
Everyone have a good weekend.

Thank you for your thoughfulness. I also found that occasionally, if my Personal Gallery does not display ALL of my Gallry items, I do the same: I go to Fix my Gallery and PRETEND to tweak, approve it and move on...

Have a great week end, too...
