Was just checking my pay pal account, and I noticed they had updated their policy... so I checked it out, here is what they are doing to us now:
Buyer Protection Policy Modifications Notice Date: February 22,2001
Effective Date: March 7, 2001
To streamline and simplify the dispute process for buyers who have problems with sellers, we will be making the following change to the Buyer Protection Policy: Buyers will no longer have to wait 30 days from the transaction date before filing an official claim against the seller. Instead, buyers will be able to file complaints using the new Buyer Complaint Form.

Does this mean that now when a buyer doesn't get his widget within 24 hrs, now they can lock our paypal account? Sellers, keep on your toes!
