there is a slight chance, I'm talking a tiny, tiny, tiny, glimmer of a chance that the transaction isn't fraud. If I go to the casino my odds are better than your odds of the payment not being a case of fraud.
Doesn't the fact that BillPoint doesn't accept payments from Russia set off any flags?

I don't understand. If Billpoint doesn't accept payments from Russia, then how did this payment go through?
Good luck on getting Billpoint to verify the payment is legit. I'm still waiting on a verification from January! I ended up calling the person myself and the transaction ended smoothly. But, this wasn't Russia, so I don't know what to advise you.
