Since the implementation of fees, does this mean we can expect better customer service when we are having problems? I really do not want to hear "Let us know if the problem persists..." or "We sincerly apologize for any inconvenience..." if I am PAYING for the service. I am really not being sarcastic, this is a GENUINE question!
