This is just my opinion which ususally isn't worth much, but.....
I think most people are reading too much into all the locked threads concerning the new fees. They have stated just about everytime, they don't want the board overloaded with AW FEE post. I would also think that by keeping it all in one thread, it wll be able for AW to keep a finger on the pulse of the users. How else are they going to determine the effect this will have on their service?????
It's easier to have one thread to go through than 100.

sulyn1950: You could be right. On the other hand, it could be a deliberate mechanism to help AW staffers and management ignore criticism and questions by only having one thread to bypass (which seems to be exactly what they are doing. Lots of questions and no answers in that thread.)
