I recently found an auction for a horse with the description "horse doesnt look too good." There were several photos and I thought it looked just fine. So I bid and won. When the horse arrived, it was completely blind. I contacted the seller who said, "I stated that it didnt look too good." Was this deceptive?

You better keep an eye on that seller if he ever offers to sell you a quarterhorse.


The light at the end of the tunnel will turn out to be an oncoming train.

It was not deceptive if you speak improper english. He SAID the horse did not "look too good". Because he could not see.

Hey - you were horsing around and doing some horse trading, what do you expect? I just hope the shipping and handling was properly disclose and did not come with horsesh*t.

I told seller that I wanted a horse that can definitely see, so he sent me a sawhorse. He shipped it pony express.
