Go to the auction page for that item and there are links on the left side of the page to leave feedback for seller or buyer. Clink the link for seller, the feedback page comes up with your ID and the seller's ID filled in. Put in your password, click the type of feedback you want to leave and type your comment, and click the button. Voila!

Or you can use "Feedback Forum" which is in a box beneath the main browsing features at the top right hand corner of the ebay page.
Once there, you can leave feedback, see your feedback, see others feedback..whatever you need.
