Can anyone tell me what this means? I have an item up for sale and last night I received a notice that their was a bidder retraction. When I checked the reason it said "Administrative Cancellation". Does that mean that eBay cancelled it?
It's fine with me if they did because the bidder's feedback was lousy!

TIA!

Yes it means eBay cancelled it and more than likely the bidder is now NARU. I had one before and I didn't know what it was either until I saw the bidder had been NARU'd. You probably didn't want them to win anyway.

I've read on these boards that sometimes people will write "Administrative Cancellation" on their own retractions so that the seller will think that Ebay did it. That way, the retractor won't get reported to Ebay by the seller. So, you may want to double-check to make sure it was Ebay and not some scammer trying to avoid being reported.
