Am I the only one having a problem with AW and Ebay's "Buy it Now"? When one of my auctions ends with and Instant Purchase using "Buy it Now", Ebay closes the auction immediately. I get an "End of Auction" email within a few minutes. However, AW Auction Manager keeps the auction "OPEN" from 24-48 hours before they close it on the "Auction Manager" screen and finally emails the EOA notice. This has been going on in my auctions for the past 6 weeks. My EOA's are not sent in a timely manner which leaves my bidders wondering if I am going to contact them. I wind up taking the time I am suppose to be saving using AW to send my own EOA and then 2 days later AW sends a duplicate EOA to the bidder.
Am I the only person experiencing this AW fiasco? If you are listening AW? When are you going to correct this problem. I have reported it to you TWICE with no improvement. I just get the standard FORM EMAIL response from you. WHAT AM I PAYING YOU FOR?

It's possible that eBay is the one at fault. I have browsed open auctions and clicked on an interesting one only to find out that it was ended that morning with Buy It Now. EBay probably waits until the next "reload" or "reindexing" to get rid of the ones that were closed early. AuctionWatch probably goes by what eBay's open auctions say, and that may be the reason you're having this problem.
Perhaps someone in the AW customer service forum could help you with this problem.
