Sorry, looks like Pat locked your thread before I could respond to your question.

At the end of each auction, I print off the auction page,[just first page] and then print off the email from the high bidder [that contains their name & shipping addy], and then staple the two together.

I now have the auction number, the high bidders email addy, and their shipping info all together.

In approx 1200 sales I've had maybe two or three customers that for some reason or another wouldn't send me their shipping info via email. But those were NOT for items where I had relisted the item due to what I thought was a deadbeat.

In a situation such as that I would have made sure it was going to the second high bidder, and not the first.

The chances of BOTH of those high bidders not sending me their name & shipping info via email is pretty much zero.

In the past year I've been a bit more hard nosed about insisting on the high bidders name & addy via email. It's for their benefit, and so far no one has had a problem with it.
