Holy guacamole! I've been selling on eBay for two years and I can honestly say that this is the slowest week I've ever seen. I usually list in two categories and both are wallowing in the dumps. Counts are down by a stunning 2/3! I usually start all of my items under $10.00 with most having values over $100.00. Generally, I sell everything I list. If my items sell for less than $35.00, I lose. That's okay, this isn't my day job, and it eventually balances out. But now, I've got items about to end without any bids! Below $10.00, I'm virtually giving stuff away with no takers. I can't even get a pity bid! Ugh...I guess it's time to take a break.

Hi sosoal, It's school vacation week here in Massachusetts. I bet your "down week" has more to do with the fact that people are on vacation or that they can't get near their computer with the kids home. Hope things look up for you.

Okay, two margaritas down and I'm feeling mush, er...much better now. I can't tell you who I am; that would spoil my fun! And the boys down at "witness protection" might not take kindly to it.
Behold! Bids have suddenly popped up like weeds! Happy days are here again, lala la la la...sorry I don't know the rest of the words to the song. Either I'm thrilled about these pity bids or I just quit caring.

The middle of April has typically been the slowest month for us. Perhaps tax time and school vacations. Mother's Day is the next holiday that supports buying, and that should be soon, sooooooooo don't miss it!

Hi sosoal, my items have been sitting stagnant most of the week too! But your are right, the bidders have suddenly come out of the woodwork today.
Which is unusual for me - Thursday is usually my highest bidding day. Can't wait until tomorrow!
