A friend called me today. She is brand-new to the computer world and has been slowly learning how to use her computer. She has only mastered e-mail so far. She has, however, registered as an ebay user--but now they have her under two user names! She asked if I know how to help her delete one, and I've tried to find a link and can't. Anyone know what she can do?

This may not be what you want to hear. But, I had a friend that got her first computer and wanted to begin selling on eBay the same week! I was foolish enough to help her.......three years later I'm still at it.........
What I'm trying to say is, anyone should learn how to use a computer before attempting to become a seller!

Morgantown: No no no! My pal is not trying to sell on ebay! Just wants to buy for the first year (at my urging).
And you are correct--I know what you mean about helping friends. I've told her that since she has a different computer and server, I won't be able to help her much, and she's hired someone to assist periodically. This ebay question was just one that was a tough one for her.
I've taken the suggestion above to email safe harbor and am waiting a reply which I will forward to my friend. Thanks guys.

Yes, reddeer is right, it's support (not safeharbor). However, she doesn't really have to delete one. I've had two for ages, but I only use one.
Got the second one for selling certain types of merch, but then realized eBud wouldn't handle both user IDs without paying extra, so have stuck to just the one.
