Up till about a week ago I could relist my auctions with no problems. I use Frontpage98 as a template and decided to add the Paypal logo (compliant with eBay) to the existing template that I've used for months. Now, I am unable to relist any auctions using this upgraded version.

I suspect the problem has nothing at all to do with FrontPage 98 or the PayPal logo.
I had massive trouble trying to relist auctions a couple of days ago. I'm also having massive trouble trying to list auctions. Others also seem to be having the same trouble from reading various message boards, regardless of whether they're trying to list directly on eBay, through a third-party service, or Mr. Lister.

If you are trying to relist into the collectibles category, you are probably using invalid category numbers. Ebay made some major category changes last week which left many auctions with invalid categories on relist.
The light at the end of the tunnel will turn out to be an oncoming train.
