I used the 6x9in. Global Priority envelope to send a $50 camera instruction manual to S. Korea on April 9. Buyer claims it has not arrived. Have sold 800+ items over 4 years on ebay, none ever lost or damaged. Of the 800, maybe 25 are international. Have received cash in the mail from maybe 5 different countries, none ever missing. Clouding the picture is the fact that the buyer has since won the same exact manual 2X, for $10 and $12.50. I bought a week saying "let's see what happens". He's not pressing yet but.... He paid with Bidpay.
Anyone with some South Korean shipping experience out there? Love to hear your thoughts.

When was the global priority envelope sent? It takes 3-5 days for global priority (as opposed to 2-3 days domestic). Also... you might want to contact the seller of the $12.50 camera manual and let him know of your situation. Compare notes with him, and see if he's gotten the same run-around. If so.... you know something fishy's going on... and the two of you might be able to bring it to SafeHarbor's attention. Just a thought!

I have shipped about 1,000 items over the past 2 years, about 10% out of the country.
The only one ever lost was to S. Korea.

I used a Global Priority Mailer to send some goods and money to my friend in South Korea. He received it in 5 days. I have also mailed 34 kilos to the U.S. from Seoul (Kimpo Airport) by sea mail and received it a month later.
This bidder may be taking you for a ride. Why would anyone intercept this camera manual?
