Yeah, I reported them too. I also reported them today for multiple About Me links. The mail I got back from safeharbor said that they have been warned against future activity like that.

when will the same rules apply to all??
1)Their Me page states they are gold level PowerSeller but they have 2.36% neg. feedback, you must maintain 98%+ to be a powerseller at any level, I have never seen them have a 98%+ positive rating. The if ebay doesn't care to enforce their own rules and standards then the first item on the list of benefits the "PowerSeller Logo" really doesn't mean much does it? Sure the personal touch you get from support is better but what does it tell other users? wont go there but this is why, myself included, I don't display the PowerSeller logo and now I have another reason, ReturnBuy. Also if the minimum standards are not enforced then everyone on ebay should display the PowerSeller logo on every auction with out reprimand from ebay. If you can buy the logo with money it's useless to users that have earned it.
2)they have more links than are allowed by eBays rules
3)the link to their site from their ME page to their site is 155x98 pixels rule is 88x33 right?
4)no satisfaction guarantee, in fact on every auction I see all sales are final, and lots of their neg. are because they don't follow the "satisfaction guarantee" rule to qualify for as a PowerSeller. If all sales are final, only satisfaction is for the seller not the buyer.
5)several links still take you to their site not the ME page
Why don't these companies just hire a person that is a PowerSeller, or someone that knows what they heck they are doing? I know that there are dozens of people out there that sell only a few items a week that could have launched a company like this better and faster than they have. Sure they could probably have never grasped the back end of the business but they have missed the front end, you need them both! If someone dropped a company like this in my lap tomorrow I know I would still make a few mistakes but no where near the ones, and as many as they have made. Did they even bother to read the rules before they started? Even with the changes they have made on their new listings are not in compliance with eBays rules. Maybe they think that ebay will loosen the rules in general because companies, even those companies they have a stake in, find it hard to play by them? who knows? sounds good to me.
I believe we are seeing the end of a good thing, the end of a viable business on the net, or at least the business we know now. eBay use to be fun and lots of people wanted me to teach them how to sell on ebay. Now all you hear is this person or that person got ripped off, only a few people in the first person have told me they have been ripped off on ebay, but the interest is waning. If it keeps up it will be like Amway, everybody knows someone that know someone and you better hid and not answer your phone if your friend is into that business, you get the picture. The business might be worth 3 billion dollars but if you sour it, who want it, feedback is broke, and the PowerSeller logo doesn't mean anything, what's next?
Big volume sellers like ReturnBuy and the amount of neg. they rack up you know that the number of people are growing that are not happy with their ebay purchases. There are lots of PowerSellers that run hundreds more auctions than ReturnBuy and maintain a better ratting than they have. ReturnBuy may give themselves a black eye with the way they do business, but every other seller on ebay wears the bruises from sellers like this, and if ebay doesn't care to regulate and enforce the PowerSeller rules that they have had from day one what's the point of being a PowerSeller, or a seller at all.
because i had to
