cAN YOU EVEN BELIEVE THIS!

I was suspended again for the same exact thing I was cleared of over three weeks ago!

I have calls in and emails out.

here is a sample of the reinstatment I have.

"We are happy to inform you that your registration has been reinstated.

I was unable to reach you via telephone.

Due to the violation that caused the account of xxxxxxxxx to be suspended and the
time that has elapsed since that violation, we are reinstating this account. If you
had any additional accounts that were also suspended at this same time--they will not
be reinstated.

Please review eBay's User Agreement at the following URL:

http://pages.ebay.com/help/community/png-user.html

Please be aware that any violation of the User Agreement will result in this
accounts (and any related accounts) indefinite suspension.

Please let me know if you have any questions about your reinstatement by contacting
me at:

xxxxxxxxebay.com

Regards,
xxxxxxx ([email protected])
eBay Inc "

They sent a few IDs that have nothing to do with us and I just took this pill without any further recourse. Now I am very upset.

So now we sit, wait, and hope to get an email or phone call. This is out of hand! is this going to happen once a month? IF we get back in again????? is this a serious case of double jeopardy you ever seen!?

email into meg as well.

also went to ecomplaint.com

any others that might fire this up? Can AW please put a note in? Butterfield has also said they would send an email for me. This cycle needs to end everytime I step on a toe or two.

One last funny notice... safe harbor never did email me, they should email you when this happens, should they not? I smell a RAT!

AW PEOPLE HELP!!!!!!!

did the X thing just incase.......

I am speechless.

They won't kick this one guy off who's ripped off thousands upon thousands from customers. They let him stay and kick off people who keep complaining about him.

BUT they kick off someone who has done nothing wrong.

I would ask a lawyer for advice about this.

From their email, it sounds to me like the reason you were reinstated is because enough time had passed since your (temporary) suspension. They did warn that any violation of the User Agreement will result in this accounts (and any related accounts) indefinite suspension.

If you were suspended this time for the same type of violation you were suspended for last time, it's not surprising. By reinstating your account they weren't saying that it's now OK to do whatever you were doing, but rather that your temporary suspension period had ended... at least that's the way it seems to me.

If there is one thing I've learned on Ebay if an auction(s) are closed for a violation don't ever relist or do what they cancelled the auction for again. Even if you are in the right. It's just not worth the hassel.

Here's the original thread on the suspension...

Sounds like something fishy is going on....note the quote below from an eBay e-mail in that thread:

"Previously suspended users may not use, directly or indirectly any
portion of the eBay system, either as themselves or in an agency
agreement with another eBay user.

To protect the integrity of our trading rules and procedures, eBay does
not permit suspended users to register with eBay or use eBay's services
under any name. eBay may extend that prohibition to new accounts opened
in the same household of a suspended user, or other associates of a
suspended user.

Due to the nature of the suspension, your account is not eligible for
reinstatement."

------
This user was suspended on May 27 and reinstated on May 29 even though the e-mail said the account wasn't eligible for reinstatement....

Now they're NARU again....

Explanation please??

Sorry 'bout that AuthorizedArt....if it wasn't such a PITA, it would be funny...

Get out that phone list again....

"We are happy to inform you that your registration has been
reinstated."

WELL! Do we have a record?!

This has all steamed from ebay competition. There are some that are
near what I auction and go as far as to list items they do not have at
a 10th of my open bid, as soon as a bid pops up the cancel the bid and
close the auction - or say it was damaged. In the long run I get
damaged for a sale. I had reported this to "an estate" and a person
was busted, he in-turn did any thing possible to get me off ebay, did
he know someone on ebay? maybe...... I am sure you can see the
severity of some items auctioned on ebay, and you might get a general
idea of why this happened. I can say, if you are in the right, stand
up for it till you win! This week is a loss, but I will be back on
next week!

Oh, the last guy who did this lost his account for
shilling, and this guy is now under a microscope as well - Feng Shui.

Happy bidding!
