Why is it that every time I try to revise an item ( before a bid ), it comes up " Cannot find server, page unavailable "? I never can revise an item!

I had a similar problem - could not revise or relist using Internet Explorer. I downloaded Netscape, and am able to relist and revise with it (though I don't use it for anything else - I hate it!)
But I am having on-again off-again problems with eBay in general this morning - it may not be your browser at all.
