When I attempt a revise (having adhered to criteria of not within 12 hrs of closing and no bids), I get the edit page - I change but one number and when on choose "continue", error message saying I didn't furnish all info.

All boxes are filled - I only changed one number from an existing auction - and I can't be the first this has happened to.

I was wondering if it is tied to the fact that we post the initial auction differently i.e. through AW using AW formats.

I don't suppose there is a "revise option" somewhere within AW that I missed?

Anyone have an answer to this?

Helo,

If you haven't already, would you kindly post in the Auction Manager Service Forum? There are Customer Care Reps on duty at the moment who will be able to assist you.

Thanks,

Michelle

It is an AW problem, I could never get an auction revised while using them, since I started launching my own I have never had that error a single time. I posted about it several times also, but aw claims it was an ebay problem, not. Heather
