this wacko left 3 negs before ebay booted off the ids, although left her seller account going. Ebay wrote me back saying these negs didn't qualify for fb removal. I had 89 fb before nutcase struck, 86 now. I really wanted that 100 fb mark.

She tracked down my other seller accounts and sent threatening emails to those. She evidentally from there bid on everyone in ky area leaving neg fb as soon as auction ended. I received emails from these other sellers stating that she emailed them the same type of threatening emails that she sent to me. Although she's threatening to kill me and my daughter. She must really be deranged to be stalking someone for 3 wks, trying to track down everyone who might be me. Obsession is the word I'm after??

She's swearing up and down that she will ruin any fb records I ever have. After what she's done so far, I bet she will.

My little girl answered the phone last week and it was this nutcase. I was in the shower. She told my 5 year old in vivid detail how she was going to "kill your mommy". My little girl said she was going to make me all bloody, for example. I told my little girl that she was to not answer the phone from now on.

Ebay NARUed all 3 of the ids that left neg fb, although the other ids are still standing. I have put the known ones on blocked bidder, although she has bid on all 3 of my seller accounts in hopes to leave neg fb. I spent last weekend canceling her bids. I had to end auctions early to keep her from messing them up. Ebay didn't NARU her until she started harassing other sellers. She left about 50 negs on people that I know.

She has aol and keeps creating new bidder ids in a matter of minutes to bid on my auctions. I've been trying to get ebay to do something about her for 3 wks. Ebay didn't care.

This person really has no life. I lost about $300 in ebay income over the past 3 wks. Almost rent money.

I think in cases like this, ebay should ban the person and remove all fb they've left. There are a lot of sellers now with negs on their fb because of ebay's inaction to this problem.

Maybe you should contact her local police department, and have you forwarded the threatening emails to ebay? Also, as much as you want that 100 feedback star, maybe it would be easier to change YOUR ID.

I've been forwarding her emails to ebay for 3 weeks.

I have 3 ids that I sell under and she's discovered them all. I know I'm going to have to start all over, but with her persistance I'm going to have to lie on my location indicator about where I am or else she'll just find my new name all over again.

also, her contact info wasn't accurate, so don't know where her local police would be. But I'd love to do it. Beyond that, if I ever were to meet her face to face...but cowards like that wouldn't put up much of a fight. Not much of a challenge.

Don't like anyone messing with my baby.

You need to attack the other end of this animal. I would contact AOL, forward her emails to them, and file an offical complaint about someone using their ISP to commit such acts. AOL knows who she is, as well as where she is, and the least they should do is discontinue her service. Hope this helps........

Hi Tig! Sorry you're getting jerked around by yet another freak of nature! Another idea might be, if you start up ANOTHER ebay ID (GEEZ!), is to not put your state info up there on the page. I notice some folks just put USA or something clever (or less than clever in most cases!!) instead of stating their location.

Hope this finds you well otherwise. Take care!!

Someone called you on the phone and you can't trace them? Have you even spoken with the police yet?

Death threats, especially when given to a child, are nothing to take lightly.

Some phone companies have something called Call Trace. Traces your last call received so law enforcement may identify harassing callers and take action. Check in the front of your telephone book under Calling Features and see if you have this.

Another thing to do is get yourself a good loud whistle. When she calls and you answer the phone and identify that it is her, blow that whisle good and loud into the phone.

Be sure not to let your child answer the phone again as this could be very traumatic for her to hear. Good luck with putting a stop to this person.

I've tried call trace, but I got a message saying that the number could not be traced. I don't know where the person lives, or I would go to the police. I can't do anything beyond the *69 call trace because it's not my phone and the phone company won't do anything else unless it gets my dad's permission. He refuses and says it's my fault for being on the internet in the first place.

My main point with ebay, they've known about this person for 3 weeks now and wouldn't even NARU him/her until she/he messed up around 30-50 seller fb records. And they're now so obsessed that he/she is convinced anyone in ky/oh area MUST be me and she/he must ruin their fb record too. This affects many more sellers than myself. Ebay refuses to even remove the string of negs this person has left.

tiggressoflove, You got to YOUR police department. They will trace the #. Someone threatened your child, you should take it more seriously.

I don't understand ebay. They will lose valuable business if this person continues. I find ebay doesn't want to get involved with anything except money. I can't understand why the information on the buyer is wrong that ebay has, when I signed up for my 2nd ID I had to give a valid credit card because I was using a hotmail email address. It states if you are using AOL or hotmail for a 2nd email address you must submit a valid credit card. So ebay has the right information and this buyer but can they or better yet would they check that for you. Since you have mailed them your threatening emails they could at least do that for you, or if you should go to the Police have them call ebay maybe then they will think the threats are on the up and up.
Good Luck

This person is now sending me threatening e-mail again. But it gets even weirder. Here is her latest email. She is actually trying to say it is all my fault and that I hacked all her ebay accounts?? I have deleted her and my name from the email per AW's guidelines (Since everytime I've included my name in a post it's gotten deleted).

*******, my soul is intact. I get up in the morning and feel good about myself.
Can you say the same? I would never in a million years do what you have done, no
matter how I feel about you. You have attacked around a dozen innocent ebayers,
good people who are just trying to make a living and enjoy life and provide for
their families. You have attacked these people in an attempt to get back at me.
You have stolen my ID and used it to sign up with ebay (impersonating another
person is a criminal offense; your IP address can be traced back to your
computer, but surely you know this).

You have threatened people's lives.

You have sold your soul for what, *******?

You are no better than Osama Bin Laden, the man responsible for the terrorist
attacks in America. You aren't much different, really. You have attacked
people's businesses and threatens people's lives. How are you different?

But I am different. I would never stoop as low as you. Never. I don't have the
stomach for it. Nothing is worth what you have done.

And what do you have to show for it? You are ******* ********, and there is no
escape from yourself. I suppose that is punishment enough.

&&&&&&

So, this wacko is saying all this is my fault, that I hacked her names to leave myself negative feedback and ruin my own fb (I've never heard of anyone ruining their own fb geesh)and that I'm worse than that terrorist.

She and I both use aol, as do millions of others. I guess I also called myself and threatened myself too. A friend of mine was over here one day and answered the phone when she did this. This woman/man?? is so delusional. Wish ebay would screen these nuts.

Maybe you can sting eBay on it's "We're only a Venue" status with this.

As for the nutjob, File the Papers, and get a Restraining Order. Hopefully the Courts force her to be admitted into a Psych Ward.

Concerning the topic of this thread, i.e. how to get Neg FB removed, check out this URL where ebay spells out the circumstances where they would consider removing FB: http://pages.ebay.com/help/community/fbremove.html

It would seem to me at least two of the circumstances that ebay lists might apply to you:

"Feedback left by a user who provided eBay with false contact information during the registration process, and cannot be contacted. eBay will also remove feedback where eBay is provided with evidence showing that it was left by a minor.

Multiple (3 or more) feedbacks left by the same user as part of a campaign to harass one or more users."

I had a perfect FB record until about a month ago, a loser that won 70+ auctions but apparently only paid for one left me two retaliatory Negs before they were NARUed BUT the Negs were removed by ebay after I sent them with info that proved this person had supplied ebay false contact info (a totally bogus contact ph # was given when I did a ebay User Query) during the registration process and could not be contacted. Good Luck

I am so sorry this is happening to you! One thing you CAN do is report her to AOL, along with forwarding copies of all her emails. Earlier this year, I ran into a "psycho seller" who was close (but not quite) to the derangement level this person is on. Ebay wouldn't do anything either. Since she and I were both on AOL, I forwarded all her emails to them, along with an email detailing the problems I had with her. AOL emailed me back and let me know that action was taken against her, but wouldn't give me any details. I can tell you that AOL revoked her email accounts. I can't recall exactly what the heading was on the main AOL page that I used, but there is some wording to the effect of reporting a problem with another AOL user.

I hope this works! No one should have to deal with idiots like this, and it is such a shame that eBay won't do anything...Good luck and God Bless....

"I don't know where the person lives, or I would go to the police. "

So if someone comes to your house and assaults you, you won't report it unless you know where they live?
Report is to your local police, to AOL, to the phone company, to the FBI, to anyone else you can think of.

BTW you never did say what YOU might have done to get this fruitcake started. Does your daddy know something we don't?

Print out all of her E-mail with Heading's & take them to your police department. If there is a real danger here they will be able to trace them through their ISP.

soothsayer,
what?? If you're asking who the sperm donor is, he's another deadbeat father who won't support his kids.

I'm going to call the local law enforcement and see what can be done. She didn't use her aol account to send messages to me, she sent them through ebay servers for a while at first and then from a free email server. I'm sending them to her email server.

onsale88, I thought she only got people in the ky/oh area. I guess she thought I moved to Hongkong?? Geez I guess this wacko might get anyone. Her aol accounts bounce now, so either aol terminated her service or she deleted the ids and got some more to start up more accounts on ebay. This person has no life.

My dad is against my doing internet stuff and says I need to go out and get a real job. I couldn't financially support myself with these fast food, minimum wage jobs out here. The day care alone would wipe out any income.

Tigeress, Do you mean you don't have an address on this person? Why not, if she is leaving neg fdbck she must have purchased something. Anyway if you are getting threatening email messages, this is a federal offense & the FCC will go after her. Especially if it is interstate & believe me thy can find her in a flash. AOL will give her up in a second and they know her address. They won't give to you or me, but the FCC will get it.

This nutcase is calling others on the phone and threatening them too. And if ebay had done something about it 3 weeks ago, she/he/it would never have even gotten these people's phone #s. The crazy thing is, she believes all these people are me! Here is an email she wrote to another of her fb victims (names removed):

*******,

I also received a call from this person. I also received a death threat. I
have informed ebay that they must do something. If something happens to any
one of us who have been targeted and it can be proven that ebay knew about
the threats and took no action ebay will be in a world of hurt. I am keeping
copies of everything and letting me family know what is going on. This
person has my unlisted#, my email and my home address. She (the person who
called me was a female) stated that if I did not get off ebay immediately I
would be harmed. This is a real nutcase. Please let me know if you receive
anymore communications from this person.

Thanks,

****
