I had someone ask if I could add a buy it now to one of my auctions. Trying to be on the up and up with ebay and revise the auction by adding buy it now. I have been unsuccessful for past 20 min. I add the buy it now price and click continue and get an error message that page cannot be displayed. I have been clicking back and continue for 20 min. and yes I did log in before doing this. I have cleared my browser cache, and there are no bids as of yet on this auction. Any suggestions?

Try using Netscape to revise. I haven't been able to revise/relist using IE for over a year, but have no problem at all when using Netscape.

I can second that. There is something about internet explorer that just doesn't do well with listing and revisions. We list and revise with "Opera" with no problems now. It was heck with IE, I nearly gave up and got E-Bay Seller's Assistant Pro.

I have found that if I am very patient it works. Make your changes, wait 2-3 MINUTES. Click on continue or whatever it says, wait 2-3 minutes. Click submit ( I think that is what it says) and wait 2-3 MINUTES again. WAIT in between each step before going on. SLOW but it works! for me anyway!
