use someone's ad almost word for word? I just looked at my auctions and am selling something for my dad. Just pulled up this widget on ebay and there are 4 of them...one of which is using my ad, almost exact. Only thing missing is the ever diputed and discussed powerseller logo. I am po'd right now...they are taking bids from my auction and couldn't even make their own ad! Can they do this?

It's okay if you have permission. Send the info to ebay, if you complain long and loud enough they will do something about it. Same thing happened to me a while back. Someone stole the exact wording and picture of one of my best selling items, and was selling for a quarter less (though with a significantly higher shipping charge). Took me about ten e-mails, but I got ebay to stop him.

they have their auction set to end 10 minutes after mine. I am pissed. They used my exact html and everything. who should I send the info to that does not require waiting 12-36 hours for a response? I want to try and get their auction stopped or something...??? Make a complaint against them...
