The boards here seemed to have died. We went from most posts having 25 to 100 answers to most having less then 10... And another one bites the dust.

I wonder how the moderators are doing? I doubt that they were reassigned to other area of AW theory. I think a lot of the posters will return eventually.

Of course they all left. Most folks won't cough up a credit card just to chat on a message post. Others do not even have a credit card. AW has lost alot of good people.

Hi. Please forgive my not knowing, but what is "OTWA" and how does someone find it? I've been kind of busy with my other thread (ebay billing dept error/threats).

Thanks,

Jack

I don't think the people who moved will be back. The reason is: the other board works just fine and everyone is 'talking' to each other already.

The moderation on those boards is light, and you can post links to your auctions, other sites, mention other sites by name, and there is no credit card requirement.

Why would anyone want to come back here?

Some posters never left.

Plenty of good posters everywhere. Why is it viewed in terms of one board versus another? That's something I just don't fully understand.

I was going to post about this, but this thread will suffice. My feeling is that I have read dozens of important, helpful ebay-related threads on this ebay board today. It is really refreshing. I also find most things are answered and the advice is good, so apparently we will get along just fine (my prophecy all along, lol). Dave
