Hello. Anyone out there also having Endcia error 12029 coming up on their screen? It says the problem is usually the user's internet connection, but all other sites have no problem, and Endicia was connected enough to just now charge my credit card $25.00 for postage.
Hope it gets fixed, but now I've got to run to the post office to make the 12 noon deadline.

They do this once in a while. Usually if you wait 30 minutes or so and try again it will be fine- despite what the error message says it's most likely NOT your problem. I think it was down once for 2-3 hours that I can remember. But usually they are pretty reliable.
Also, they use different server machines for different things. In your case the Postage server machine was probably down, while their payment system was working. The one I seem to have the most trouble with is their DIAL-A-ZIP server.
It's not 100% flawless, but it's WAYYY better than the competing postage services.

The Endicia ZIP+4 lookup server had crashed (an error in the USPS-supplied ZIP engine), but we rebooted around 9 AM PST. Working now...
