I just had someone win a auction and the writeing is in Korean. A popup came up with a Korean Text Display Support Internet Explorer Instillation Demand. Is it ok to download it? That is the only way I can read his address to make sure it is in the USA.
Second question. If he does live in Korea is there a way to cancel his bid on the auction without haveing to do a non paying bidder and a end of the auction fvf. This has happened to me a couple of times and I don't know what the correct procedure is. I certainly don't want to take a chance that he can give me a neg for not letting him go threw with the auction.
I did have a I sell to the USA only in my auction and he was the only bidder so I can't cancel his bid and go to the second highest bidder.

1. Download it though a virus checker just in case.

2. If the buyer pays, what's the problem with him being outside the USA???
