If you decide to give checkout a try as I did beware. We filled out all of the information including the shipping amount but Billpoint sent the cost of the item minus shipping and handling. (I did not check the box so the buyer could edit the amount.)
Has this happened to anyone else?

Personally, I wouldn't use CheckOut, and I quit using BillPoint, after a couple of times...a year or so age.
Personally, we handle too many large items where UPS has to be calculated AFTER the auction.
I learned my lesson via Yahoo and their payment system....never again will I use a payment system connected to an auction site.

I used Checkout on some items where I knew the shipping amount ahead of time. I'm not signed up with Billpoint. The buyer used BIN, then completed the Checkout with his shipping address and let me know he was mailing a personal check. All the info was there for me when I checked my email this morning. I loved it!
I am not signed up with Billpoint though. Sorry you've had this problem.
