Some sellers are out over $100 for this undisclosed "gift icon fee". There is no gift icon on any of these seller's auctions, nor did any seller select a gift icon. Plus the page telling total fees is not telling about the $1 to be billed to their accounts.
Some sellers are receiving emails that this is a glitch, while other sellers are receiving emails from ebay stating that this fee was disclosed and is part of the contribution. None of the sellers are refunded their money as of this post. Ebay has been removing posts and banning sellers from the message forum for complaining about these undisclosed fees.
Some sellers are also being billed FVF for the A4A auctions without it being credited back to their accounts.
I guess ebay is determined to reach that $100 million goal no matter what it takes.
